Where Grand Palladium Punta Cana sits and where we stop

The Palladium site in Bávaro holds several hotels behind a single security post, and once the barrier lifts the car still has an internal road to follow before anyone gets out. Grand Palladium Punta Cana is not the same reception as the Bávaro Suites or the Punta Cana side of the complex, so we name the hotel on the driver's sheet before the day. Guests with a TRS wristband package should tell us on WhatsApp, because that check-in sits at a different building again. The drive from PUJ is 20 to 30 minutes, plus two or three minutes inside the grounds.

How the pickup works

  1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
  2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
  3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
  4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Palladium security post, then on to the Grand Palladium Punta Cana reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
