Where TRS Turquesa sits and where we stop

TRS Turquesa is the adults-only section of the Grand Palladium complex in Bávaro, and that is the one detail that decides where the car actually stops. The complex has a single guarded entrance shared with Palladium Bávaro, Palace and Punta Cana, and inside the grounds each brand keeps its own reception. TRS guests do not check in at the main Palladium lobby: the vehicle carries on along the internal road to the TRS reception, which handles the adults-only wristbands and room assignment. A driver who is only told "Palladium" will drop at the first lobby and you end up walking or waiting for an internal shuttle with your luggage. We put TRS Turquesa on the driver sheet by name so the guard and the driver both know which reception to use. From PUJ the run is 20 to 30 minutes at the Bávaro rate of $35 Standard or $79 VIP.
