Where AlSol Tiara sits and where we stop

AlSol Tiara Cap Cana sits on the Playa Juanillo side of the development, which puts it a further stretch past the main entrance than the properties clustered near the gate. The car still clears the same Cap Cana checkpoint first — guard checks the name against the booking, barrier opens, nothing paid there — but after that it follows the Juanillo road rather than turning off at the first cluster of resorts. A driver who only knows the general Cap Cana turn-off and not the Juanillo continuation can lose several minutes doubling back, so we brief the route and the property name before pickup rather than leaving it to a mid-drive phone call. From PUJ the total run is still 10 to 15 minutes at the Cap Cana rate, with nearly all of it inside the development once the checkpoint is cleared.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive through the Cap Cana checkpoint and along the Juanillo road to the AlSol Tiara reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
